Liverpool Partners invests in and helps arrange capital for small to medium size (sub $100m Enterprise Value) Australian businesses. We partner with our investor network to provide capital in unique and special situations which may require an innovative approach. In these situations, Liverpool Partners can arrange and provide a range of capital options including equity, mezzanine finance, subordinated or convertible notes, senior or subordinated debt. We also have an advisory arm that advises our clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic and operational management matters, debt advisory, restructures and divestment.
