Barwon Investment Partners specialises in listed private equity and property investments. Our investment style places a strong emphasis on research and analysis, active management and fundamental value. We apply this expertise to add value through selective identification of attractive investment opportunities, independent of index or benchmark approaches. In property, Barwon focuses on value added and opportunistic strategies, and has three property funds dedicated to healthcare, childcare and development. In Private Equity, Barwon primarily invests into listed private equity funds, as opposed to individual investments.
