We invest in core infrastructure assets that provide secure, stable, inflation-protected cash flows over the long term, and often partners with like-minded investors such as sovereign wealth funds. CP2 focuses on specialist infrastructure; transport including roads, airport, railway, and ports; utilities including power, water, and communication; and social including health, schools, and law and order. The firm does not invest in generation assets, fringe infrastructure including car parks and satellites, externally managed vehicles, constructor or investment bank sponsored greenfield projects, and social infrastructure. The firm invests in both listed and unlisted opportunities.
