Costa Asset Management invests in real estate, agricultural properties and private equities. In real estate, it focuses on residential developments. In agriculture, it owns the freehold of the largest collection of berry farms and citrus orchards in Australia. In equity, Costa tends to invest into minority positions in businesses associated with agriculture.
