Altair Capital is a growth and private equity investor targeting mid-market opportunities in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. In these geographies, Altair is primarily focused on buyout transactions or significant minority deals in companies with enterprise values between US$20 to US$100m. We will also look at deals selectively in Thailand, Phillipines and Myanmar. Altair is the ASEAN affiliate of Polaris Capital, a Japanese investment firm established in 2004.
