Adexum Capital invests in growth-orientated mid-market companies based in Australia and New Zealand. These companies typically have revenues between A$50 and A$250m and/or EBITDA of more than A$5m. Adexum is an active investor in all investee companies and can support industry consolidation, management buyouts, and management buy-ins. Adexum prefers to use low levels of debt. It has the flexibility to invest in both minority and majority positions, along with listed or unlisted companies. The preferred holding period is three to five years. Adexum was established in 2014 and is based in Sydney.
