We acquire companies in equity partnership with management, either the incumbent management team or a buy-in team. We assist managers to acquire or expand businesses by providing capital and, just as importantly, we actively support those managers to grow the value of their businesses and ultimately to realise that value. We bring operational expertise to our portfolio companies as well as financial and strategic capability. The quality of a business is the key to the success of a transaction.
