Accel-KKR is a leading mid-market software and technology investor, established in 2000 as a joint venture between leading venture investor Accel Partners and leading private equity firm KKR. Accel-KKR brings capital, expertise and a network of relationships to our portfolio companies, enabling them to grow faster and more profitably. Throughout the years, the firm has taken a collaborative approach to working with our management teams so that, together, we can help our companies reach their full potential. Accel-KKR focuses primarily on three types of transactions: buyouts of divisions, subsidiaries and business units from public companies; acquisitions and recapitalizations of closely-held private companies; and going-private transactions of small public companies.

Pacific Equity Partners (PEP) is the largest private equity firm in Australia and New Zealand. PEP invests through buyouts and growth capital into a wide range of industries including industrial services, energy, consumer products, entertainment and financial services. PEP prefers to invest in companies with major operations in Australia or New Zealand and with Enterprise Values between A$200m and A$1bn. It typically invests for between three and six years. PEP was founded in 1998 by senior Australian partners of the leading strategy consulting firm Bain & Co.

Pemba Capital Partners (formerly RMB Capital Partners) is a leading investor in small and mid sized private businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Since inception in 1998, the investment firm has completed over 100 transactions, partnering with the owners and managers of private businesses to help them accelerate growth. We are able to be flexible on investment timeframes and can adopt a wide range of structures, including minority ownership stakes. Pemba Capital Partners take a conservative attitude towards debt and generally avoid highly geared businesses. We understand the challenges and complexities that come with a growing business, such as balancing the need for more capital with personal financial risk, family and management dynamics, as well as private ownership structures.

Advent Partners is a Melbourne based private equity firm specialising in mid-market businesses. It is one of Australia's most experienced managers, having invested in more than 90 companies over more than 30 years. Advent has a clear investment criteria: it focuses on privately owned businesses in growing markets, with strong management tearms, operating profits if $5 to $30 million, and enterprise values of $20 to $150 million. Advent can do both minority and majority investments, with shareholdings ranging from 33 to 95%. It usually seeks to exit within three to five years. Advent has a broad industry focus, with the only exceptions being property development, agriculture and resources.

Direct Capital is New Zealand's largest private equity fund and one of its oldest, having raised five funds since commencing in 1994. Direct Capital is interested in mid-market investment opportunities in Australia and New Zealand, with proceeds usually used for growth (onshore or offshore), acquisitions, or for succession planning strategies. We make both minority and majority investments. We bring both capital and expertise, and work alongside existing owners to grow business value. We are especially adept at expansion into Australia, and helping with board appointments and governance.

Pioneer Capital is a private and growth equity fund focused on New Zealand businesses. We focus on New Zealand businesses managed by highly capable teams, expanding in large international markets, earning meaningful revenue and delivering high value products and services to their customers. Typically these businesses export the majority of their products and services. We support our investee businesses with both capital and strategic involvement alongside management. We have contributed to growth on every occasion. For example, we have assisted in: setting strategic goals; hiring executives and directors; making acquisitions; refinancing; tracking market developments; assessing public market options; managing difficult situations; and identifying and engaging in-market partners, customers and specialist co-investors.
