Foundry Group is a Colorado-based venture firm that invests in early-stage and growth-stage companies headquartered in the US and Canada. Foundry Group also invests in select, newly-formed venture capital fund managers. Foundry Group formed in 2007 and originally focused on Seed and Series A investments. It raised a growth-stage fund in 2014 (Foundry Group Next), and a fund dedicated to investing in other venture funds (Foundry Group Next) in 2016. Regardless of the size of our initial investment, the size and structure of our funds allow us to continue to fund portfolio companies through their entire financing lifecycles. In addition, our venture capital fund investments give us insight and access to a large number of venture-backed companies at varying stages while extending the reach of our overall network. In addition to providing capital, we leverage our experience in starting and growing companies, our expertise in the technology industry, and our network of relationships to help outstanding entrepreneurs and venture capital fund managers turn great ideas into great companies.

8VC is an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco. 8VC's mantra is: 'the world is broken: let's fix it', and this defines our investment mantra. We look to invest in software, biotechnology, hardware, and other technology-enabled startups. We have raised separate seed stage, early-stage, co-invest and follow-on funds. 8VC was founded in 2015 by Joe Londsdale, Alex Kolicich, Jake Medwell, and Drew Oetting. We are based in San Francisco and invest throughout North America.

Lerer Hippeau is an early-stage venture capital fund headquartered in New York. Lerer Hippeau was founded by Ken and Ben Lerrer, co-founders of the Huffington Post and Thrillist respectively, and the majority of our team consists of fellow startup founders and operators. Venrock is a venture capital firm headquartered in Palo Alto that focuses on disruptive early-stage technology startups. Venrock partners with entrepreneurs who have grand ambitions and want to tackle big, hard problems that most think impossible. Venrock today consists of two separate programs: a traditional venture capital program, focused on early stage investing in healthcare and technology companies; and a later-stage healthcare program, which implements a venture capital-like long-term approach to investment opportunities in small capitalization public companies and late-stage private healthcare companies. Venrock was formed in 1969 as a venture arm of the Rockefeller family (the name Venrock being a compound of Venture and Rockefeller), who have a long history of venture-style investing dating back to the early 20th century.

FirstMark Capital is an early stage venture capital firm based in New York that primarily invests at the seed or Series A stage. We are proud to back the ambitious founders of the most iconic companies in the world. We provide our investee companies access to the FirstMark platform and resources, which we believe is powered by the largest network in venture capital. FirstMark was founded in 2008 as a spinoff of Pequot Ventures, owned Pequot Capital Management.

Talu Ventures is an early stage technology investor in Australia, with a particular focus on biotechnology, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Talu was founded in 2012 by three of the partners of CM Capital. Talu's founders have dedicated their careers to the IT and biotech industries and they understand the challenges of building companies from the ground up. In collaboration with Talu's Industry Advisors, portfolio companies can draw upon more than a century of leadership roles within a broad spectrum of successful companies. Talu has been the lead investor in more than 90 percent of its investments.
