About
Spider Capital is a seed-stage fund that invests in technology driven, enterprise cloud software companies in Silicon Valley and other emerging tech hubs in the US, Canada and Israel. Spider has relationships with the majority of seed funds and early-stage funds in the Valley and also has relationships with leading funds in Europe and Asia who we partner with for later-stage financing rounds in conjunction with global expansion.
Our team has built enterprise software products, scaled teams, sold software, consummated partnerships, raised capital, and bought and sold companies. We apply our operating and investing experience, along with our relationships, to help startups avoid many of the mistakes we have made, or navigate landmines we have seen. If we cannot provide meaningful insight or an immediate connection, we are typically only one degree away from someone who can.

We take a very hands-on approach with portfolio companies, usually taking board seats and assisting in decision making and recruiting.

True Ventures
True Ventures is a US-based venture capital firm that helps entrepreneurs create products in markets that really don't yet exist. We are willing to take bets that others will not, and will invest at the Series A stage or earlier and back up our initial investment with follow-on capital. True Ventures sector focus shifts as the opportunity set moves: we are not fixated on any one particular sector. However, along with software and other soft technology, we have expertise and have invested in hardware, biotechnology / life sciences and deep tech. We believe in building community, taking bold risks, and supporting our companies throughout their entire lifecycles.
