River City Labs is a coworking space and accelerator program for technology startups based in Brisbane, Australia. RCL is a leading provider of start-up related programs in Australia, including: River Pitch, a quarterly event bringing together pre-screened startups and investors; the RCL Accelerator, and Startup Catalyst. The RCL Accelerator, powered by muru-D (an accelerator with programs in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth), has graduated 28 Queensland startups including Travello, Maxwell MRI and Punta. Startup Catalyst takes start-ups, investors, corporates, tech-savvy youth, and innovation leaders to international start-up hotspots including Silicon Valley, London, Berlin, Israel, and Asia.
River City Labs was founded by Steve Baxter in 2012, before being taken over by the Australian Computer Society in September 2018.

ilab UQ
ilab is the University of Queensland's startup accelerator program. We provide $10,000 in seed funding, do not take any equity and our program is free to join. We offer access to our industry professionals, corporate partners and networks, and world class academic resources. ilab was originally established by the Queensland Government in 2000 to support early stage, high-tech companies through the first few years of development, and was acquired and expanded upon by UQ in 2009.
