Tuhua Ventures is a micro-venture fund formed by The Icehouse and ICE Angels, two prominent New Zealand incubators and angel investors. Tuhua can invest up to $300K into a start-up's first seed rounds (to a maximum of 75% Of a round), and invest a maximum of $1 million into angel-scale companies that require growth acceleration. We like to co-invest with other investors, and can make investment decisions within one week where we are partnering with capable lead investors.
