Union Square Ventures is a small collegial partnership based in New York that manages over $1B across seven technology-focused venture funds. Union Square Ventures is one of the most successful venture funds in the world and has been an early-stage investor in some of America's most successful startups such as Zynga, Indeed, Tumblr, Twitter, Lending Club, Etsy, Twilio and MongoDB. USV was founded in 2003 by Fred Wilson and Brad Burnham.

Foundry Group is a Colorado-based venture firm that invests in early-stage and growth-stage companies headquartered in the US and Canada. Foundry Group also invests in select, newly-formed venture capital fund managers. Foundry Group formed in 2007 and originally focused on Seed and Series A investments. It raised a growth-stage fund in 2014 (Foundry Group Next), and a fund dedicated to investing in other venture funds (Foundry Group Next) in 2016. Regardless of the size of our initial investment, the size and structure of our funds allow us to continue to fund portfolio companies through their entire financing lifecycles.
