Point 72 manages the assets of its founder, Steven A Cohen, and certain other employees. Steven Cohen formerly ran SAC Capital Advisors, a hedge fund formed in 1992, before converting the operations to Point 72, a family office, in 2014. Point 72 invests globally and runs a number of strategies including discretionary long/short equities, systematic strategies, and venture capital.

Bezos Expeditions is the family office of Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon. Bezos Expeditions invests in businesses at the seed, early and later stages, and looks at a large variety of sectors. Some of the large-scale investments and projects Bezos Expeditions has managed includes Blue Origin (space), Washington Post, Bezos Day One Fund and Bezos Family Foundation (impact investments), the 10,000 year clock, and a number of other portfolio companies including AirBnB, Uber and Stack Overflow

Brooklyn NY Holdings is the family office of the Lerner Family. Brooklyn NY Holdings invests in public market equity, fixed income, alternative investments, real estate and private equity, and invests both directly and through other fund managers. The Lerner Family's wealth came from founding and investing in financial services companies, including Securities Advisors and MBNA.

Portland House Group manages the capital of the Australian-based Hains family. Portland House invests in equities (local and global), fixed income, currencies, and asset managers including hedge funds.

Huizenga Capital Management is the family office of the Huizenga family. Peter and Wayne Huizenga founded and built Waste Management into a leading United States garbage business, and over the course of their careers owned or co-owned a number of other high-profile businesses including Blockbuster Video, AutoNation, and the Miami Dolphins. Today, the family invests in a wide variety of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, public securities, property and oil and gas. The family also has a large philanthropic arm.

Winklevoss Capital is the family office of Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss. Winklevoss Capital makes early-stage investments in technology businesses, and are known as one of the first and most frequent investors in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies. Tyler and Cameron also co-founded Gemini, an exchange platform for bitcoin and other blockchain assets.
