Adcock Private Equity is an industry-agnostic, globally-active, private equity firm founded in 2010 by leading Australian entrepreneur, Brook Adcock. We identify and capitalise on new and emerging market opportunities with great business ideas and technologies. We work with our teams and fledgling businesses to assist them develop products, strategies and sometimes even larger teams that solve problems efficiently. We prefer big problems, or small problems within a large market. We have no set investment time horizons, we simply adjust our position based on the circumstances of the day and our views of the future.

Allectus Capital is an investor in disruptive technology companies in the Asia Pacific and United Kingdom. We invest in both listed and unlisted companies and partner with and support our investment companies through regular management contact and active communication across our portfolio. Allectus Capital likes to be the first investor in our high conviction portfolio investments. However, we invest across early to late stage deals ranging from very small to very large. Our first cheque is usually $300k - $3m AUD and we look to invest in subsequent rounds where they have gained traction. Allectus Capital is owned by ICM, an international fund manager based in Bermuda, and UIL Limited.

Alchemy Ventures is a conditionally registered ESVCLP Fund focused on investing in early to later stage mining, financial, agricultural and consumer technology opportunities originating from Australia and the AsiaPacific Region. Alchemy Ventures looks for businesses with a clear competitive advantage and the ability to scale in their sector globally or nationally. Alchemy invests from Seed, Start-up (pre-revenue, but traction) and into Early Expansion phases across Australia and Asia Pacific. Alchemy expects that 60-90% of our investments will be in the early expansion stage of development, with the remaining 10-40% in the earlier stages. This provides a balance of risk and reward for our investors.

Tozer and Co is the family office investing vehicle of Craig and David Tozer. Craig and David Tozer are experienced investors, advisors and managers. We look at a wide range of investments, from early stage venture capital through to distressed and turnaround situations. We frequently partner with other investors.

Startmate invests in great Australian founders who are on a mission to be the best in the world. Startmate is powered by its mentors - successful startup founders who invest their own time and money in each batch. The mentors have extensive experience growing successful tech businesses such as Atlassian co-founders, Mike Cannon-Brookes and Scott Farquhar. Over 200 startups from across the country apply to be a part of each batch and 25 of these are shortlisted for interviews. Of these, we select the best eight. Startmate offers $75,000 cash for 7.5% equity. For startups that have raised more than $250,000, we will match the terms of the last round of funding.
