Greenspring Associates

Greenspring Associates is a venture fund that invests both directly and indirectly in venture capital-backed companies in Information Technology, Healthcare, Communications and Energy. We have two primary arms to our fund. First, we operate a funds-of-funds platform where we invest in a select number of established and emerging venture and growth capital managers. Second, we invest directly alongside our managers into companies we find particularly attractive. We are also able to participate in secondary positions by for example acquiring positions from other funds.
