The CEM Group is a Melbourne based private investment group focussed on investing in and growing innovative businesses. CEM seeks to control investments in niche-oriented companies where we can partner with existing management teams to build industry leading businesses through internal growth and selective add-on acquisitions. The firm's original background was real estate (including Quest Apartments and a large number of real estate development assets), however it has since broadened its horizons. Since founding in February 2015, CEM has invested in over 25 companies.
