This list is ranked by reported venture fund size, using only dated, scope-matched exact or approximate figures. Other firms follow alphabetically without a size rank. FundComb keeps headquarters, office presence and investment geography as separate signals, so a headquarters list and an office list can show different results.

Which capital figures are comparable? +

AUM, aggregate venture commitments and individual closed fund sizes are separate views. Parent assets and cumulative fundraising never count as venture AUM. AUM and commitments need a date within two years; vehicle sizes within three years. Only exact or approximate amounts rank. Foreign currencies use the same dated ECB conversion snapshot. These are manager or strategy totals, not capital available in this country. Unknown, undated, stale, bounded and non-comparable figures remain unranked.

How often is this list updated? +

Profiles update as FundComb ingests public filings, fund websites, official announcements and manual review notes. Rankings can change when new evidence is approved or older data is cleaned.

Does an office mean the firm invests locally? +

An office establishes physical presence only. The investment-evidence view uses stated country mandates or named venture rounds within three years. Founder-linked mandates and dated deals are labelled separately in each source record. Neither proves the firm is currently accepting investments or that all its capital is allocated locally.
