About
Initialized Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco. It was founded by Y Combinator partners, including Garry Tan, to write follow-on checks into the YC companies they worked with, and became a standalone firm in 2016. It now makes larger investments in fewer companies, leading pre-seed and seed rounds for founders working on hard problems, and invests across all sectors.
