About
Banksia Capital is a Perth-based private equity firm providing equity funds for expansion, acquisition and small-to-mid market buyouts in WA. Banksia was established in 2003 and has since invested more than $150m into private WA businesses. We primarily look for private, profitable businesses (more than $1 million) that we can add value to. We typically invest $3 to $15m per business and hold for 2 to 7 years and can hold minority or majority stakes. We offer deep expertise in managing growth via M&A and in securing debt, and helping to solve succession issues in family run businesses.
