Tritium Partners is a private equity firm focused on buyouts of growth companies in the lower middle market. Tritium's investment approach emphasizes acquiring majority positions in profitable companies and creating long-term value through internal growth initiatives and acquisitions, with a particular focus on three core sectors: internet and information services, asset-light supply chain and logistics, and differentiated financial and business services. We also create platform companies by combining smaller businesses in order to establish a strong financial profile, a compelling service offering, and an enthusiastic customer base from which to execute on our growth strategies. Tritium targets high-growth companies with strong management team. These businesses are typically generating $2m to $15m EBITDA at the time of our investment.
