The experiences through those years have refined Sowell & Co.'s primary focus to development land. Current projects vary in uses among retail parcels, industrial sites, multifamily tracts and single-family land and lots.

The Hayman Family Office was formed by the Hayman Family following the sale of Giorgio Perfume in 1987, and was further boosted by the sale of Discus Dental in 2010. Hayman Family Office has primarily been focused on Hayman Properties, a property developer, manager and investor, since 2011.

The R-Group, LLC is the family office of Rany Raviv and Estee Raviv. The R-Group invests at the seed/angel stage primarily in FinTech, HighTech, Lifestyle and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). Estee Raviv founded Estee's Kitchen in 2012, which makes prepared vegan meals. Rany Raviv is the VP of Commercial & Strategic Relationships in one of the world's leading renewable energy business, and has a long history in global energy, M&A and project finance.
