Ardian is one of Europe's largest private investment houses. We manage five separate strategies: Fund of Funds, where we invest in other funds (US$49bn under management), Direct Private Equity (US$15bn), Infrastructure (US$10bn), Private Debt (US$7bn) and Real Estats ($1bn). We invest globally, generally in developed markets, although each strategy differs in terms of geography. We have more than 550 employees based in Paris, London, Frankfurt, Milan, Madrid, Zurich, New York, San Francisco, Santiago, Beijing, Singapore, Tokyo, Jersey and Luxembourg. Ardian was founded under AXA, the insurance company, in 1996, and was spun off as a an independent company in 2013.

HPS Investment Partners is a leading global debt investor. We employ various strategies across senior and mezzanine loans, asset backed debt and asset backed leasing, and private equity. We participate in both privately negotiated and syndicated deals. HPS was originally formed in 2007 as a division of Highbridge Capital Management.

The Cooper Family Office manages the investments of the Cooper Family of Florida. The Cooper Family Office invests globally in hedge funds, private equity and venture funds, in addition to direct investments in operating companies and other private opportunities, including real estate. We also invest in certain early and later stage startup ventures, and will, on occasion, invest seed capital with new managers. We also co-invest extensively with other family offices. The Cooper Family Office was formed by Howard Cooper, who primarily generated his wealth from stock trading.
