Viome expands preventative health

Confirmed

Viome acquired Circulate Health, the largest US provider of therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE), bringing a treatment capability into a business built around diagnostics, nutrition, and preventative health. The deal creates Viome Pro, combining Circulate’s network of more than 200 clinics with Viome’s molecular testing and data infrastructure. While blood testing startups add panels and scan clinics replace checkups, preventative consumer health is still missing the treatment layer. The strategic bet is straightforward: own more of the journey from measurement to intervention.
